30-day money-back guarantee
If you're a new paying customer and you're not happy with Trumailo within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, email us and we'll refund the full amount. No survey, no "why are you leaving" gauntlet.
This applies whether you signed up for monthly or annual billing. The 30-day window starts from your first paid charge.
Annual plans
Beyond the 30-day window, annual plans aren't pro-rated on cancellation by default. Your service stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
That said, if you have a legitimate reason (you stopped sending email, you're changing tooling, business shut down), get in touch and we'll usually pro-rate the unused portion as a goodwill refund.
After the 30-day window
For monthly plans outside the 30-day window, no refunds for the current billing period by default — cancellation stops future renewals, the current period continues.
Exclusions
- Accounts terminated for violating our acceptable use policy are not eligible.
- Refunds beyond 90 days from the original charge are at our discretion.
- Overage / metered charges (if any) are non-refundable once incurred.
How to request a refund
Email billing@trumailo.com or use the contact form. Include your account email and (if you have it) the Paddle transaction ID from your receipt.
Timeline
Refunds are processed by Paddle within 3 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 3-10 business days to credit the funds back to the original payment method.
